Alessio Baraldi
Alessio founded Albaron in 2017. He plays a key role in directing the firm’s strategy and investment decisions. Alessio is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments, monitoring portfolio companies as an active board member, and overseeing exit processes.
Alessio has over 15 years of specialized healthcare private equity experience. Prior to founding Albaron, he held senior positions at Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, and Morgan Stanley, where he managed an aggregate $3.0B of private equity investments across venture capital, growth equity and late-stage buyouts.
Alessio enjoys climbing, skiing and foraging. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Economics from Bocconi University. Alessio was born in Milan, Italy.
