Debo Adesina

Debo joined Albaron in 2020. In his capacity as Chief Legal Officer, he is responsible for legal and compliance matters. As a Partner, Debo is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments, monitoring portfolio companies as an active board member, and overseeing exit processes.

Prior to joining Albaron, Debo was a Partner at McGuireWoods, and an attorney with DLA Piper and Akin Gump Strauss Hauser Feld, where he represented middle market private equity funds and strategic acquirors on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $10.0B. He began his career as a CPA at Houlihan Lokey, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Debo dedicates much of his free time to economic and impact investing in developing countries. He received his JD from The University of Virginia School of Law and his BS in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University. Debo was born in Lagos, Nigeria.
