Georgeta Precup

Georgeta joined Albaron in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations across the Albaron portfolio. Her expertise extends throughout the entire investment lifecycle, including pre-transaction diligence, post-transaction integration and growth, and exit processes.

Prior to joining Albaron, Georgeta held executive finance positions at various private equity backed management services organizations, including investments of Kohlberg & Company, Sagard, and TPG Growth. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Georgeta received her MBA and her BS from The University of Connecticut, and her MA from Amberton University. Georgeta was born and raised in Romania.
