Kyle Francis

Kyle is a seasoned healthcare executive with decades of finance, M&A, business development, and healthcare management experience. Kyle has held a variety of executive and advisory roles across a range of companies, including serving as CFO and Chief Business Development Officer for Spring Fertility, a national network of fertility clinics, CFO for Digital Transformation Opportunities Corp, a special purpose acquisition corporation, and its acquisition of American Oncology Network, CEO and CFO of Southern California Reproductive Center, a chain of fertility clinics, which was subsequently sold to a national OBGYN network. Before that, he co-founded Apollo Medical Holdings and served as Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Officer.

Kyle began his career as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets. In addition to his executive roles, he serves on the board of directors for RaceRocks, a Canadian technology company specializing in virtual reality training and remote learning for the defense industry. He also acts as an executive advisor to various private healthcare companies. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
