The firm joined with Albaron Partners, LP (“Albaron”) the current owner of Innovation Fertility, to provide capital to support the long-term growth strategy of the healthcare platform.
The $8B U.S. fertility market includes in-vitro fertilization, genetic testing, reproductive tissue storage and donor services. This market continues to benefit from long-term demand drivers and strong growth rates.
